Working closely with all areas of business and providing contract management expertise and assisting in the development of sound business proposals.

Level of academic qualifications:
- An applicable college degree is a must as well as Strong communication and writing
skills together with a professional demeanor.

- Knowledge of  Software languages viz MS Office

Experience
- 5 years in a Contract Management or a similar Company

Other requirements
- Familiarity with legal/licensing concepts such as Intellectual Property, Limitations of
Liability, Indemnification, Warranties, etc.

Excellent negotiation skills.

- Proven analytical, written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to be proactive, prioritize and work under tight deadlines in a service oriented

Conducting all ROV project briefings with the Client's Representative, vessel/installation Master, ROV personnel so that all concerned understand the purpose of the operation, and the proposed method of achieving its completion. Day to day Supervision of the ROV resources operating on work site. Ensuring that all equipment and stores used by the operations team are in a condition satisfactory in performance, maintenance and calibration necessary to carry out the operation.

Experience
- 10 years at sea on foreign going vessels with a minimum of 5 years as Chief Officer.

Level of academic qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Equivalent (preferably Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecom/ Marine).

- Marine Operations involving Cable/Pipeline Laying.
- Basic Supervision and management training.
- Operational knowledge to work in MS Office environment.

Experience
- 5 –7 years in marine operations related to cable/pipeline laying.
- Preference will be given to experience on Offshore (Platform related) and Onshore (Shore End ) related activities for cable/pipeline handling

Senior Tech - Maintenance (Shore)

To assist Maintenance Engineer and CT/M in preparation, planning and implementation of any Submarine Project undertaken.

Level of academic qualifications:
- Diploma in Telecom Engineering / Electrical / Electronics or equivalent.              

 Specialized training, specific equipment course, memberships, etc.
- Operation and maintenance of LTES PCM and co-axial systems
- Operation and maintenance of Fibre Optic systems including SDH
- Operation and maintenance of OTDR
- Operation and maintenance of C-OTDR is an added advantage
- Good Knowledge of PC skills

Experience
- 5 years experience in Telecom Organization in the filed of Cable Transmission including installation commissioning of Digital Fiber Optic systems
- Maintenance of TXM equipment is an added advantage
- Knowledge of marine system is an added advantage

The Master is responsible for the ship under his command according to national legislation, international conventions and regulations as well as e-marine specific instructions.

The Master has the overriding authority and the responsibility to take whatever action he considers to be in the best interest for the safety of the crew, passengers, ship, cargo and the marine environment.

-  Master Mariner, Deep Sea going License

-  STCW 95 Certificates +  Valid endorsement
-  Good English communication skills
-  Ship Management

Experience
- Minimum 15 years experience and 2 years experience as Master or Ocean going vessels
- Minimum 1 (one) year working in a ship management company.
- 5 years minimum onboard UMS Ships
